In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Attempts to manipulate outcomes, use bots or share login details may result in termination and forfeiture or withholding of funds as applicable.
2.8 X111 will report suspected fraud or illicit activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.
2.9 The Company may impose limits on a Player’s Account (e.g., deposit, wagering, loss, session or time limits) and may exclude Players from access in accordance with applicable law and internal policy. A Player may withdraw available funds provided the Account is not under investigation for illicit activity.
2.10 Collusion or the use of automated systems that distort gameplay is strictly prohibited. Syndicated betting or coordinated exploitation of the Website may be canceled or voided at X111’s discretion.

2.12 An Account is considered inactive if there is no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months; a dormant status applies after twenty-four (24) consecutive months of inactivity. Inactive or dormant Players will be contacted with instructions to reclaim funds. Reclaiming funds may require verification of identity and payment details before transfer.
2.13 If an Account is suspended or closed, the Player shall remain liable for any claims or losses incurred by X111 arising before suspension or closure, and the Company may withhold or retain funds otherwise payable to the Player where permitted by law or these Terms.
2.14 Upon termination by the Player or by X111, available funds will be returned to the Player to the extent permitted by due diligence procedures, and any outstanding bets at the time of termination shall not be honoured. No fee shall be charged for Account closure, and refunds shall be remitted to the last verified payment method unless due diligence requires alternate arrangements.
2.15 X111 warrants that it will manage Player funds securely and handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and its Privacy Policy.
2.16 If funds are credited to a Player’s Account by mistake, the Player must notify X111 immediately. Any mistaken credit remains the property of X111 and may be deducted from the Account where feasible.
2.17 Employee accounts and service providers’ acts are governed by the same Terms and Conditions as set out herein, and no waiver of rights by X111 shall occur through the actions of its staff or agents.

11.2 A Player may close their Account at any time, subject to limits on open bets and pending transactions; X111 will process refunds to the last verified payment method, subject to verification and compliance checks.
12.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
